Failure in ajaxGetAvailableAgentsForDownload-Undefined' Error in Admin UI

Solution

Version: 8.0.6.86 and 8.1.0.646

Issue: When navigating to System > Settings > Agent Packages in the Administrative UI, the following error appears:
"Failure in ajaxGetAvailableAgentsForDownload - undefined"

This can occur if the either server or one of the directories specified in System > Settings > Update Settings is not reachable.

Workaround: Correct the server connection information or directory path. When the Test button is clicked, the connection should be successful.

Solution: To be addressed in Network Sentry version 8.0.7.
