How to Add a Link to Open a PDF to View a Detailed Acceptable Use Policy

Solution

1. Navigate to System > Portal Configuration > Usage Policy

Paste in Usage Policy Contents:

Acceptable Use Policy

<p>Above is our basic Terms of Use Policy.</p>

<p><a href="http://guardian.bradfordnetworks.com/registration/img/Detailed_AUP.pdf" target=_blank">click this link to view the detailed usage policy</a>.</p> 

*Note:  change the above href URL to work in your server.

2.  Add the PDF of your detailed usage policy using the images tab 

System > Portal Configuration > Images > Upload Image

3.  Browse to the registration portal.

4.  Click on the link to view the detail usage policy.

5.  Close the detailed usage policy tab.

6.  Accept the acceptable usage policy by clicking agree.

7.  Proceed with registration.
