Ajax Error in IE When Registering Host in Adapter View

Solution

Issue: The Adapter view displays an Ajax error when registering host using Internet Explorer.

This is due to a bug in Internet Explorer (Microsoft Connect IE bug 944330). Refer to the below article:

The bug specifically affects the Wait Dialog that shows when loading when any additional text is supplied.

Solution: Based on the article, this issue appears to have been fixed in Microsoft Edge and not planned to be fixed in IE.
