Solution

Version: Analytics 5.0

Issue: The Analytics Agent will not restart automatically upon upgrade of the Analytics Server.

Workaround: Restart the Analytics Agent manually.
1. SSH to the Network Sentry Server as root.
2. Restart the Analytics Agent. Type
/bsc/services/Analytics/analytics_agent restart
