Description
If SNMPv3 credentials are entered in the model configuration then changed, the original credentials will continue to be used.  The initial entry is cached.

This applies when adding a new device or changing credentials in an existing model.

Symptom Example:
  1. Click Add Device
  2. Type in credentials.
  3. Click Validate Credentials.  Results fail due to a typo.
  4. Backspace and correct typo.
  5. Click Validate Credentials button again.  The test continues to fail even though the new credentials were added properly.
If OK is clicked, device fails to be added with the message "Unable to contact device. Device not created."
