Processes Down' Message on Secondary Server Administrative UI

Solution

Issue: "Processes Down" message displays when accessing the Administrative UI on the Secondary Server when Primary Server is in control.

Solution: This is normal behavior. To confirm Secondary Server is running and in standby mode, check the Summary panel in the DashBoard on the Primary Server Administrative UI.
