Issue: Dissolvable Agent (DA) is not redirecting after successful registration. A publicly accessible URL is defined that must be reached prior to receiving a success message (Connection test URL).
This behavior can occur if Connection test URL is unreachable.
Solution: Verify the URL is defined appropriately.
1. In the Administrative UI, navigate to System > Portal Configuration.
2. Click the + next to Agent.
3. Click Dissolvable.
4. Ensure the URL defined in the Connection test URL: does not contain typos. If the page used gets redirected to a https page, then "https" must be included in the URL (not "http").
