upgrading the firmware of a switch or router, in rare occasions hosts
may not be seen on the switch ports in Topology View. Instead all of
the switch ports that have hosts connected appear green.
ScopeVersion: AllSolutionUpdate the version attribute of the device. Then, re-read the interface information from the device, and perform an L2 poll to read the MAC address table.
1. Login to the appliance CLI:
updateversion -ip <ip address of switch/router>
2. In the Administration UI, navigate to Network Devices > Topology.
3. Click on the device model.
4. Right-click and select Resync Interfaces.
5. Right-click and select Poll for L2 (Hosts) Info.
