Description
Interfaces do not appear in Model when a device is added to Topology using SNMP v3 credentials.

This can occur if full permissions are not provided to read all the values required.

To verify if the Topology device model has the proper permissions to access all the necessary information, perform snmpwalk for dot1dBasePortTable:
snmpbulkwalk -v3 -u <username> -l <AuthPriv or AuthNoPriv...check device properties in UI> -a <MD5 or SHA> -A <password> -x <DES or AES> -X <password> <device IP> 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.1.4.1.1

If the following response is returned, then the device model does not have all the required permissions:
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.17.1.4.1.1 = No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree)

Solution
Configure the Topology device model with SNMP v3 permissions that allow full access.
