Solution

Version: Network Sentry 8

Issue: Passive or Persistent Agents will not authenticate correctly using Passive Agent Configuration Rules when the Directory attribute of "Identifier" is mapped to anything other than sAMAccountName.

Solution: Use the sAMAccountName mapping which is the NetBIOS name.
