Description

Unable to configure a tagged Voice VLAN and an untagged data VLAN on the same port when attempting to set up IP Phone integration on a Brocade 6400 series ICX switch.

Customer worked with Brocade and were informed the 6400 series ICX switches do not support both untagged and tagged VLANs on the same port.

Solution

Workaround: Configure a separate access port for any devices that would have connected through the IP phone.
