Description
Upon downloading the Mobile Agent and tapping the icon, the message appears:
'Failed to set configuration parameters due to a connectivity error'

Once OK is clicked, the following message appears:
'The application will quit now as it was unable to retrieve the Login URL'.

Solution
Ensure complete third party SSL certificate files are uploaded to the portal.

If the portal does not have certificates installed, or if a certificate is missing in the bundle, communication errors can occur.
