This article describes how to add Licensed FortiToken Mobile.
Solution
Steps by steps:
_ Ensure that your FortiGate is connected to the Internet. Go to User & Device > FortiTokens.
_ To add new FortiTokens, select Create New. Set Type to Mobile Token and enter your Activation Code.
_ After FortiGuard validates the code, your FortiTokens will appear on the list, with Status set to "Available".
_ Go to User & Device > User / User Definition > Right Click on any User and select "Assign Token" and select the Token from the available list that’s shown in drop down box.
_ In order to use the FortiToken Mobile, you must enter Email ID of the User while creating or edit the User and add Email as the Activation Code will be sent to that Email address while trying to activate the token.
_ The FortiToken assigned to the user is now listed as Pending, until the user activates the FortiToken.
Note: For all purchased / licensed token at the time of purchase a "Pdf" containing "Activation Code" along total number of mobile tokens will be sent via Email.

# exec fortitoken-mobile import xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Where "xxxx" will be the activation code.
