DescriptionCollect logs to troubleshoot and debug Analytics. Logs are written both on the Analytics server and the NAC Server/Control Server.
Gathering logs is helpful in the following situations:
- Analytics UI will not load
- Reports are not running
- Per request by Support
SolutionAttach the following logs to the support ticket. Unless otherwise specified by Support, ensure all of the following logs are provided.
Logs are accessible via CLI of the Analytics and NAC Server/Control Server. If unable to access the CLI of these appliances, contact Support for assistance.
NAC Server/Control Server:
/bsc/services/Analytics/bradfordnetworks.log
Analytics Server:
/bsc/services/wildfly/standalone/log/bradfordnetworksdev.log
/bsc/services/wildfly/standalone/log/server.log
