Description"Failed to retrieve agent platforms" error appears in Hosts > Host View of Administration UI. This is a symptom of the Control and Application Server not communicating properly.
SolutionPossible causes:
- Control and Application servers are out of sync: this can occur if the Control Server and Application Server were not rebooted in the proper sequence. Workaround: Restart processes on the Control Server. See related KB article below for instructions.
