Solution

If you have events reporting without an associated endpoint, you may have an old ZoneFox agent running.

Events can fail to report an endpoint on very old versions of the ZoneFox agent as a result of a known bug which has now been fixed.

Please go to admin > endpoints > get latest endpoint installers in the ZoneFox UI to download the latest agent version.  If you have any queries, please raise a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
