When selecting the RULES - My Rules menu option to view all my rules, the list is empty, even though I have created rules and been able to view them previously.  There are also no alerts corresponding to the rules being displayed.  The Zonefox system has just been upgraded.




Solution


ZoneFox keeps track of what rules a user can see.  Following the upgrade being applied to the server ZoneFox has lost this mapping of 'rules to users', so you do not have any rules linked to your account.  To resolve this issue and recreate the mapping, create and save a new temporary rule.
