Unable to download or install 8.3 code using the Administration UI.

Scope
Version: 8.2.x and lower

Solution

1. Navigate to System > Settings > Updates > System.

2. For systems running version 8.2.x and lower, set Directory or Product Distribution Directory to Version_8_3_NS.
3. Click Save Settings.
