Technical Tip : FortiMail not registering on a FortiSandbox

Description
This article describes the situation where after configuring FortiSandbox settings in FortiMail and clicking 'Test Connectivity',  FortiMail does not appear at FortiSandbox Device.

Solution
Enter the CLI-only command below on FortiMail.

config system fortisandbox
   set secure ssl
end
