Description
Google+ APIs have been shut down as of March 7, 2019.  Google Sign-In API is now used.  This change breaks the integration with Google Authentication. Consequently, any registration attempts using Google Authentication will fail.  

Scope
Version: 8.3.6 and below.

Solution
Workaround:  Contact Support for a fix.

Solution:  Addressed in versions 8.3.7 and 8.5 which uses Google Sign-In API.

Patch is available for versions 8.3.5 and 8.3.6.

 
1. Download the patch file (PortalJSP.zip) from the Mantis ticket in the Attached Files section.
 
2. Unzip and copy the .jar file to the following directories in the Application Server: 

/bsc/campusMgr/ui/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/
/bsc/campusMgr/lib/

3.  Restart Tomcat-portal: 
service tomcat-portal restart
