Solution
FortiCloud account password must be less than 20 characters in length. Password reset is required to fix this issue.
This article describes when an error message is received ('Connecting to FortiCloud' or 'HTTP 400') whilst trying to log into FortiCloud from FortiGate.
This problem may be caused when the FortiCloud account's password is more than 20 characters.
In FortiGate v5.4 and v5.6, an error message 'Error connecting to FortiCloud' is displayed and login to FortiClould fails as follows:
