Description
This article explains how to get backup configuration, download trace log, search and collect the detailed email logs from the FortiMail.
Solution
1) To get backup configuration file:
Go to: System -> Maintenance -> Configuration
2) To download trace log:
Go to: System -> Maintenance -> Configuration
3) To search and get history logs:
Go to: Monitor -> Log -> History -> Search
(It can be searched by Session ID, From, To…)
Click Download button to download history logs
4) To get detail session logs:
Select Session ID from previous steps, it will open a new cross search result tab.
Click to Download button to Download the cross search result tab.
