Description
This article describes how to collect browser logs in HAR (HTTP Archive format).
Solution
Chrome:
- Open a new incognito window (Chrome).
- In a new window, with 'right click' open the context menu and select 'Inspect'
- In the newly opened window go to the tab 'Network', and enable the checkbox 'Preserve log'.

Go to the 'Console' tab, enable 'Persist Logs' from ‘Console Settings’.
Do not close this window until the debug is not finished.

Return to the main incognito window and reproduce the issue.

After reproducing the issue, go to the 'Inspect/Inspect element' window, in the tab 'Network' 'right-click' inside the grid with requests and select 'Save as HAR with content'.
- Go to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu, and select ‘Save as ...’.
Firefox:
- Open a new private window (Firefox).
- In the new window, with a 'right click' open the context menu and select 'Inspect element'.
- In the newly opened window, go to the tab 'Network', and enable the checkbox 'Persist Logs'.

Go to the 'Console' tab, and enable 'Persist Logs' as well.
Do not close this window until it is not finished debug.

Return to the main private window and reproduce the issue.

After reproducing the issue, go to the 'Inspect/Inspect element' window, in the tab 'Network' 'right-click' inside the grid with requests, and select 'Save All as HAR'.
