Solution
ISDB updates in FortiOS 7.0 and below are only available through CLI.
ISDB updates in FortiOS 7.2 and newer can also be done via GUI:
First download the Internet Service Definition from AvNids Download.
Support portal main page -> Support -> Service Updates -> Internet Service Definition.
Note: Choose the relevant FortiOS version for the download.
Update ISDB pkg from a TFTP/FTP server using one of the following commands:
execute restore other-objects tftp filename xxxxxxx
execute restore other-objects ftp filename xxxxxxx
