Description
This article describes how to troubleshoot when user cannot receives the user quarantine spam report.

Solution
1) Make sure the spam email is matching to a Recipient Policy with antispam and the action is 'Personal Quarantine'.


2) Make sure the user quarantine report is enabled on domain level.
Go to Domain & User -> Domain -> edit -> domain -> Quarantine Report Setting -> Report destination
Enable Original recipient.

 
3) If message 'Spamreport: skips user preference spam report disabled user <user account>' show up in mail event log, go to Domain & User -> User -> User Preference -> edit -> Antispam Management
Enable 'Receive spam report'.
