This article explains how to see URL’s accessed by users under WebFilter logs.

Solution
Make the below changes are processed on all webfilter profiles:

#config webfilter profile
edit <profile name>
log-all-url enable
web-url-log enable
end

Make sure log "all sessions" are enabled in the policies.
