Description
This article explains how to import LDAP users that were created on remote LDAP servers.

Solution
To import :

Note: Ensure LDAP server is already configured under Authentication -> Remote auth servers

1) Go to Authentication -> User Management -> Remote Users
Select 'Import', the Import Remote LDAP Users screen open.

2) Select a remote LDAP server from the Remote LDAP Server drop-down list, then select Import Users.

The Import Remote LDAP Users window opens in a new browser window


3) If it is needed to reduce the number of entries, one may optionally set Filter and then select 'Apply'.

4) If Default configuration are used, the attributes common to Microsoft Active Directory implementations are imported.
Select Configure user attributes to edit the remote LDAP user mapping attributes.



5) Choose the entries to import.

6) The Organization tab is optional,and if needed select an organization to associate the imported users with a specific organization.

7) Select 'OK'.

The amount of time required to import the remote users will vary depending on the number of users being imported.
