Description
This article describes how to troubleshoot when user cannot receives the user quarantine spam report.

Solution
1) Make sure the spam email is matching to a Recipient Policy with antispam and the action is 'Personal Quarantine'.


2) Make sure the user quarantine report is enabled on domain level.
Go to Domain & User -> Domain ->  Quarantine Report Setting > Report destination and then enable Original recipient.




3) If this message 'Spamreport' is displayed: skip user preference spam report disabled user <user account> in mail event log, go to Domain & User -> User -> User Preference -> Antispam Management and then enable Receive spam report.
