Solution
1) Go to Profile -> Resource -> Create new
2) In the profile, enable "Web release" and "Email release"

Solution
1) Go to Profile -> Resource -> Create new
2) In the profile, enable "Web release" and "Email release"
3) Go to Policy -> Recipient Policy -> Inbound -> Create new and apply the resource profile created in step 1
4) From the Quarantine Summary email, will be displayed the Web Actions and Email Actions to release or delete the concerned emails
