Description

 

This article describes how to hide the Sponsor Email field in the Self-Registration login prompt when not requiring sponsor approval.


Scope

 

Version: 8.5 and higher.

Solution

 

Versions 8.5.0 - 8.5.3 and 8.6.0 - 8.6.1:
1) Navigate to System -> Portal Configuration.
2) Expand Self Registration Login.
3) Select the checkbox next to Require Sponsor Approval.
4) Using the drill down next to Sponsor Input Type, select Hidden.
5) De-select Require Sponsor Approval.
6)  Select 'Apply'.

Versions 8.5.4, 8.6.2:
1) Navigate to System -> Portal Configuration.
2) Expand Self Registration Login.
3) Using the drill down next to Required Sponsor Approval, select None.
4) Using the drill down next to Sponsor Input Type, select Hidden.
5) Select Apply.

 

Versions 9.1, 9.2 and 9.4 :
1) Navigate to Portal -> Portal Configuration.
2) Expand Registration ->Self Registration Login .
3) Using the drill down next to Required Sponsor Approval, select None.
4) Using the drill down next to Sponsor Input Type, select Hidden.
5) Select Apply.
