Technical Note: Collecting HAR capture for UI rendering issues

Description

Administration UI page(s) freezing up or rendering issues. 

Captive portal exhibits either of the following symptoms:

• Client not seeing the expected devices in the Host Inventory
• Portal not redirecting as expected after registration

Solution

Provide a HAR capture (HTTP Archives) while reproducing the behavior.    

General Procedure:

1. Start the capture
2. Reproduce the behavior
3. Stop and save the capture

Attach the file to the ticket with the following information:

- A description of the behavior captured

- Browser affected

The data will be submitted to engineering for evaluation.
