Unable to execute management functions using SNMP:

L2/L3 poll
Switch VLANs
Read VLANs

As of Alcatel firmware version 8.5, the switch no longer supports the SNMP OIDs historically used for various management functions. Switch responds to SNMP sets with "noSuchName".
