Follow the steps below if the FortiVoice is using wrong format of ringing tone for inbound call through SIP trunk.
1) In FortiVoice Gui go to Trunks -> VoIP -> SIP, edit 'SIP trunk' , select checkbox 'Inband ringtone' to disable it and
select 'OK'.
2) In FortiVoice Gui go to Phone System -> Advanced Settings -> SIP, select checkbox 'Enable early media:' to disable it and select 'Apply'.
