Description
This article discusses increasing the activation timeout for FortiToken mobile provisioning.
Solution
- By default when a user is provisioned with FortiToken mobile the default timeout value before the user has to activate FTM from mobile is 1 hour.
- To Increase the activation timeout the below option can be referred.
From GUI.
Go to System –> Administration –> Fortiguard –> Fortitioken Mobile Provisioning –> Activation Timeout.
- The activation timeout can be set from 1 to 168 hours.
Starting from Fortiauthenticator v6.4.2 maximum activation timeout can be set to 30 days.
