Description
This article describes the option that allows to bypass the 2FA option on OWA agent for users without FortiToken in FortiAuthenticator.
Solution
- When FortiAuthenticator OWA agent is integrated to exchange server for Outlook web access secured with 2FA, the 2FA prompt is subjected for all users and all users have to be assigned with FortiToken in FortiAuthenticator to be allowed.
- In certain cases, to allow only for some users that are already imported to FortiAuthenticator but do not have 2FA provisioning, the below option can be enabled to allow access.
From GUI.
- Go to OWA agent -> Authentication -> Options and allow 'Action to take when no token has been assigned to user'.
