Description
This article describes that While creating the user locally or importing user from remote LDAP/RADIUS server 'Input not as expected' error is showing for specific user.
Solution
When adding the user from remote servers or creating the user locally, the error 'Input not as expected' is appearing.
This happens due to conflicting entries.
The username name is already configured in the firewall due to this firewall will not allow to configure the same user once again.
To resolve this issue, check under the 'Guest management' and look for the entry with the same username.
Once the entry from the 'Guest management' is removed create the user will be possible under the 'User definitions'.
