Description

Issue: The user configures CyOPs to use AD FS for SSO login. After the configuration is complete on both the ends i.e. CyOPs and AD FS, the user tries to login to CyOPs using SSO but the user faces HTTP Error 503, Service Unavailable, even though the AD FS service is working perfect.

Cause: This happens when, while configuring Identity Provider details on CyOPs SSO configuration page, the user by mistake puts http instead of https in the Entity ID or Single Sign On URL input boxes in the Identity Provider Configuration section.

Solution: Make sure to put https instead of http if the AD FS service is serving on https.
