Description
This article explain the solution when only some endpoints are not able to report with the portal or cloud service.

Or when any of the the following errors are found in agent log file.

Solution

- Review the log files; the URL contained an extra character "/" before <:8080> and, was causing the errors, e.g. https://fueba00000000XXX.fortiinsight.cloud/:8080
- When editing the and.col.man XML file make sure the URL is entered correctly, and no extra characters are included, e.g.  https://fueba00000000XXX.fortiinsight.cloud:8080

NOTE.
Re-run the installer and modify the URL when prompt.
