Configure Email Server.

Go to System Setting -> Advanced -> Mail Server.

1) Configuring the SMTP server and testing it.
Go to System Setting -> Advanced -> Mail Server.
2) Avoid using spaces in the name, 'SMTP'.
3) Then validate the SMTP setting using the 'Test Mail Server' option.
A success message is appearing.
4) Create Event.

Go to Incident and Event -> Event Handler List and select 'Create New'.
5)Enable Email notification.
To: Sender email address.
From: receiver email address.
Subject: As per Event.
Email Server: Company email server.
To: Sender email address.
