Not able to select Wanopt then select 'Apply'.
Wanopt must be enabled on secondary disk. You can check disk list by the command execute disk list.

You have to shutdown FortiProxy VM then add a secondary virtual disk to VM host, how to add a disk depends on your Server Virtualization Software.After adding a disk, you can power on and check disk list again.
