Description

Not able to select Wanopt then select 'Apply'.

Solution

Wanopt must be enabled on secondary disk. You can check disk list by the command execute disk list.

FortiProxy # execute disk list

Disk HD1             ref:  16  16.0GiB    type: IDE [Virtio Disk] dev: /dev/vdb

  partition ref:  17  15.7GiB,  15.6GiB free  mounted: Y  label: LOGUSEDXE20D913D dev: /dev/vdb1 start: 2048

You have to shutdown FortiProxy VM then add a secondary virtual disk to VM host, how to add a disk depends on your Server Virtualization Software.

After adding a disk, you can power on and check disk list again.

FortiProxy # execute disk list

Disk HD1             ref:  16  16.0GiB    type: IDE [Virtio Disk] dev: /dev/vdb

  partition ref:  17  15.7GiB,  15.6GiB free  mounted: Y  label: LOGUSEDXE20D913D dev: /dev/vdb1 start: 2048

Disk HD2             ref:  32  20.0GiB    type: IDE [Virtio Disk] dev: /dev/vdc

  partition ref:  33   5.5GiB,   5.5GiB free  mounted: Y  label: WANOPTXX86E089EB dev: /dev/vdc1 start: 2048

  partition ref:  34 972.0MiB, 972.0MiB free  mounted: N  label:  dev: /dev/vdc2 start: 11954176

  partition ref:  35  12.3GiB,  12.3GiB free  mounted: N  label:  dev: /dev/vdc3 start: 13946880

After having 2 disks, you can enable Wanopt on HD2.
