Description
This article talks about License Information dashboard panel in the UI does not list the expected entitlements after a failover. 

The CLI command 'entitlementstool -poll' will also show this information under Effective count and Effective Level.

Standalone High Availability System Example
Subscription License Level PRO/count 500:
  • Primary in control:  Total=500, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Pro
  • Secondary in control (after failover):  Total=0, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Base

Subscription License Level PRO/count 500 + Perpetual License Level PRO/count 25:

  • Primary in control:  Total=525, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Pro
  • Secondary in control (after failover):  Total=25, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Pro
 
Manager High Availability System Example
Subscription License Level PRO/count 500:
  • Primary Manager in control: Total=500, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Pro
    • FortiNAC appliances under Manager:  Same Total/Support Level as Primary Manager
  • Secondary Manager in control (after failover): Total=0, FortiNAC Support Level=FortiNAC Base
    • FortiNAC appliances under Manager:  Same Total/Support Level as Secondary Manager
