This article explains how to check whether the entry is currently referred to by another item in the configuration.

Solution
1) In the FortiMail admin GUI, Green Dot in column heading will be visible.

2) Select the Green Dot to show the list of referencing entities for the entry.

In some scenarios, you may wit is necessary to delete the entry but the delete button is disabled, so use this method to check whether the entry is currently referred to by another item in the configuration.
