This article describes about how to configure to send notification from FortiCloud when the unit is disconnected.

Solution

1. Login to FortiCloud http://www.forticloud.com/

2) Select FortiProxy -> Analysis.

3) Event Management -> Event Handlers, Enable 'Device Tunne'l To 'Server Down and select 'Apply All'.
