Description This article describes how to allow Users to Deregister a Product from the FortiCloud Support Account.
Scope FortiCloud.
Solution

Users can deregister a product from:

support.fortinet.com account


Points to remember:

  1. Units can be de-registered after 3 years of initial registration.
  2. Units can be de-registered only from the decommissioned list.
  3. This is applicable only for Physical/Hardware Devices.
  4. Devices be de-registered once every 12 months only.
  5.  Bulk de-registration is possible. Select up to 200 units to bulk deregister multiple devices at once.
  6.  Products can be moved back to the product list from the decommissioned list.
