Users may sometimes notice that FortiAPs, configuration details, and networks are missing from FortiLAN Cloud upon logging in.
Check the right domain is being logged into:
For a Global Domain, the URL in the browser will show as 'https://fortilan.forticloud.com/portal_ui/#/networks'
For a European (EU) Domain, the URL in the browser will show as 'https://eu.fortilan.forticloud.com/portal_ui/#/networks'
To switch to a different domain:
