There is an issue with FortiExtender-211E: it lost connection with any SIM inserted, and no Internet access is available.
The workaround is to reboot the FortiExtender which can potentially work, but in some cases, this is not enough. The state connection is CONN_STATE_START_SESSION and the reg status ON ROAMING is present at all times:

To fix this misbehavior, it is necessary to install v7.4.3 and the modem firmware FEM_12-22.1.1-build0001-WRLD.out.
