| Solution |
The command 'diagnose ip rtcache' does not work on high-end devices. For example, FortiGate-1801F on v7.0.x FOS or above as it upgrades the Kernel to v4.x. The command with perfectly work on Kernal version 3.x (FOS 6.4.x).
To check the kernel version on the FortiGate, use the below command:
fnsysctl cat /proc/version
diag ip rtcache list
It is not possible to fix this as it is the issue on the Linux kernel and not on FortiOS. |
