Captive portal exhibits either of the following symptoms:- Client not seeing the expected devices in the Host Inventory
- Portal not redirecting as expected after registration
SolutionProvide a HAR capture (HTTP Archives) while reproducing the behavior.
General Procedure:
1. Start the capture
2. Reproduce the behavior
3. Stop and save the capture

Attach the file to the ticket with the following information:
- A description of the behavior captured
- Browser affected
The data will be submitted to engineering for evaluation.
