Issue: Remote Registration or Remote Scan Not Working in HA Environment. Often when Remote Registration/Scan is set up in a HA Environment, it is only configured for the Primary Application Server.
Solution:
- Confirm the Primary Application Server is in control by accessing the Network Sentry Administrative UI and viewing the Dashboard Summary panel. If Summary panel not visible, it can be added by clicking the Add Panel button.
- If the Secondary is in control, restore control to the Primary Application Server by clicking the Resume Control button.
- If Remote Registration/Scan is still not working, contact support for additional assistance.
