Description
 
This article describes how to clear all configurations from the appliance, including IP addresses and passwords.
 

Scope

 
FortiNAC.


Solution

 
In the CLI run the following command:
 
ResetToFactoryDefaults -cleanall
 
To complete the factory-reset, it is required to reboot the appliance. It is possible to do it via the CLI command:
 
reboot
 
Note: 9.2.x.
Run this command from CLI (access directly connected to Eth1) to set the Eth0 IP.
 
configIP <ip address> <mask> <default gateway>
